Intensely fragrant with citrus and floral overtones
tightly structured in style, showing intensely limey flavours and a lightness of palate flowing through to a soft almost fleshy finish
only the first 500 litres/tonne were used to keep the wine fresh and delicate. A cool fermentation of 12-15 degrees Celsius over a period of 5 weeks has helped retain the variety's inherent freshness
