Colour: Pale straw colour
Bouquet: Lime juice and orange blossom aromas fill the glass and are backed by hints of lavender.
Palate: Generous and succulent front entry to the palate, with lime juice and grapefruit characters giving that richness. The tight acid structure provides great focus to the wine and fantastic length. Enjoy this wine now with fresh seafood or cellar for at least 15 years.
Cellaring Potential: Enjoy this wine now with seafood, or cellar for at least 10 years for it to show some great aged Riesling characters.

Colour: Pale straw with green hues
Bouquet Typical Great Southern Riesling aromas of intense lime juice and grapefruit characters, backed by some floral notes. The bouquet is lifted, clean and vibrant.
Palate: The front entry to the palate has generosity and fruit drive of lime juice and pink grape fruit characters. The vibrant fruit fullness flows through to a tight, elegant and focussed mid palate which shows amazing natural balance between that fruitfulness and the fine natural acidity. This wine has a tightly wound palate structure which provides great length and persistence and will open up over many years.
Cellaring Potential: Enjoy this wine now with seafood, or cellar for at least ten years for it to show some great aged Riesling characters.

Nose: Lively citrus characters of ripe limes and pink grapefruit provide a clean and lifted aromas. The fruit characters are backed by some floral and orange blossom characters.
Palate: A fine, delicate structure defines this wine. Lime juice and floral flavours give the front palate a generosity and richness. It is crisp and clean and lingers wonderfully in the mouth. The natural acidity gives great structure and balance, yet the wine has a tantalizing juiciness to it. So attractive and appealing now, this wine will age wonderfully for at least ten years.

The lime is the dominant fruit character on the palate, backed by the floral notes. The natural acidity gives great structure and balance, but still the palate has a tantalizing juiciness

Nose: A fresh, clean and lifted nose that is pure Great Southern Riesling. Lime juice fruit characters are backed by floral and orange blossom aromas, giving an attractive lift.
Palate: A fine, delicate structure defines this wine. Lime juice and floral flavours give the front palate a generosity and richness. The natural acidity runs the length of the palate providing the structure, drive and balance to the wine. The finish is fine, delicate but yet very long with the flavours staying in the mouth long after the wine has gone.
