A fresh, vibrant bouquet, showing distinctly cool climate, punchy Sauvignon Blanc aromas. Ripe fruit notes of guava, lychee and gooseberry fill the glass and are backed by subtle hints of herbaceousness.

The mouth is filled instantly with rich and vibrant fruit flavours of guava, gooseberry and lychee. The palate is rich and full, with the fruitfulness backed by the delicate herbaceous notes. There is a refreshing balance to the wine, provided by the fine acid back bone, which also contributes to a clean, crisp, yet delicate finish.
