Cabernets 2016

A vibrant blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. the nose shows aromatics of blackberry and raspberry intermingled with vanilla from the wine's French oak maturation.

The palate aims for a balance between soft dark berry fruit and soft unobtrusive tannins. A wine style that is approachable in its youth, but will continue to develop over 6-7 years.
