3drops Shiraz comes from our 40-year-old Patterson vineyard, where these older vines giving an added complexity to our Shiraz style. Bright crimson-purple hue. A lively, fresh, and juicy medium-bodied wine, its spicy red and black cherry fruits, and fine tannins holding hands as they dance along the palate without a care in the world. There’s every reason to drink it forthwith, but it will wait patiently for those wishing to cellar it for 5 years or so. 95 points. Drink 2022-2030

From the Patterson Vineyard, planted in 1982; matured for 15 months in French oak. Bright colour; spice, licorice and blackberry join hands on the palate, tannins locking them together. A lovely wine. 95 points. Drink to 2035.
