Made in a dry savoury style.

Colour: Soft pink with salmon hues.

Bouquet: Fresh, lively aromas of strawberries, raspberries and cherries greet the senses, accompanied by savoury nuances for added depth. Subtle hints of rose petals add a lovely aromatic complexity.

Palate: On the palate, 3drops Nebbiolo Rosé reveals flavours of wild strawberries and raspberries. This is followed by a savoury and intricate mid-palate that showcases both texture and substance. The refreshing acidity from the Nebbiolo lends a crisp and vibrant finish to the wine.

Food Pairing: 3drops Nebbiolo Rose` is a delightful companion to charcuterie, fresh salads, and lighter meat dishes, but also makes an excellent aperitif.
